Event Schedule & Access

  • 9:00 AM on Monday, November 24 for Premium 3-Day Pass holders.

    7:30 AM on Tuesday, November 25 for all Basic 2-Day Basic Pass holders.

    If you are unsure as to which pass you have purchased, please contact nick.cassidy@safcongress.com.

  • You will find your unique QR code to print your name badge within the event app.

    Once you arrive at Marina Bay Sands, go to the Simpor Junior Ballroom on Level 4 of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, where you can scan your QR code at one of the registration kiosks.

    If you have any issues accessing your unique QR code within the app, you can also type your name into one of the registration kiosks to print your badge.

    • Premium 3-Day Pass holders can access the SAF Intelligence & Masterclass Day on Monday, November 24. The first masterclass will begin at 9:00am, although attendees can enjoy a networking coffee and collect their name badge from 8:00am onwards.

    • Basic pass holders have access to the Main Conference Days taking place from November 25 - 26.

    • The first main conference day keynote session will begin on Tuesday, November 25 at 8:30am sharp.

    • The latest agenda can be found here or within the event app. If you need any assistance accessing the event app, please email elinor.daniell@safcongress.com

    • The exhibition area will be open from 7:30am on Tuesday, November 25.

    • The exhibition area will be open throughout both Main Conference Days (November 25 - 26).

    • The 1-2-1 Meeting zone can also be found within the exhibition area.

    • On Monday, November 24, the exhibition will not be open, but there will be numbered high tables available to schedule meetings in the coffee and lunch area.

  • Smart Business Attire.

Event Resources

    • In the lead up to the event you can view the latest agenda within the brochure here.

    • During the event, the most up-to-date agenda will be featured within the event app.

    • If you have not been able to access the networking app please email: elinor.daniell@safcongress.com

    • In our commitment to being more sustainable, we do not print the agenda or onsite brochure.

    • You will also be able to view the session names for each stream on banners situated outside of each room.

    Please note, times are subject to change, so we highly recommend using the event app to see the latest agenda.

  • You can access the event presentations from within the event app. We will also email you directly with a link to the presentations each day.

    • The event will be taking place at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

    • Address: 10 Bayfront Ave, Singapore 018956.

    • A limited number of complimentary parking coupons will be available at event registration on a first-come-first-serve basis. Additional parking coupons can be purchased from the business center on Level 3. The business center is open 8am – 6pm daily.
