Most events give you a matchmaking app and wish you luck. We take a hands-on role in your schedule. If your calendar still has gaps as the event approaches, you are not left to solve that on your own.

What people ask us
That is what the concierge service is for. We keep an eye on bookings from planner launch onwards, and if your schedule is running light our team will work from your profile to suggest and broker further introductions — approaching the other company on your behalf where we can. Onsite, the Meetings Desk keeps working on availability throughout the three days.
No. You can browse the full attendee list in the planner if you want to, and plenty of people do. But you will receive a personalised shortlist of best-matched companies before the planner even opens, plus alerts whenever someone names you as a company they want to meet.
Each meeting is 30 minutes, at a numbered table in the dedicated meetings zone at Marina Bay Sands. You get your schedule and table numbers the day before the event, plus reminders on your phone throughout each day.
You still get access to the Meeting Planner and can book meetings yourself. The meeting allocation, concierge matching and early access are held for passes booked on or before 11 September — the earlier you are in, the more of the room is still unbooked.
Yes. Team allocations on the 3-for-2 passes are pooled, so you can split them however you like — one person chasing offtake, another on financing, another on technology partners. Send us all three profiles and we will match each person separately.
